Pam Parkman Thomure, Executive Director of Empowering Women Out of Prison. Pam has over 25 years as a nonprofit leader with a history of creating excellence and profitability for a number of diverse organizations through strategic planning and program growth.
Pam’s life of service includes several years on the National Symphony Orchestra Board in New York City, representing orchestras across the nation while building relationships and increasing awareness for arts education. Pam is a passionate advocate for caregiver support and education for families with loved ones battling Alzheimer’s and dementia. She is a member of One Voice Central Texas and recently was awarded the prestigious Governor’s Criminal Justice Volunteer Service Program Award.
